As is the case when someone moves away, he or she is forgotten.  I am sure that I haven't done my best to stay in-contact with everyone, and life goes on.  So, since I didn't say like this before, goodbye to those of you who used to know me.  It was nice knowing you, and memories of you will only fade, never leave.  Life has moved on for me too.  Have fun, and live well.

I heard a service today, on James (the verse about showing your faith through works).  For some reason this reminded me of the parable of the Talents.  Where three servants are all given talents to watch over while the master is away, one is given ten, another 5, and the last is only given 1.  The first two invest their talents and produce double by the time the master comes back.  The last is called a wicked servant, for he hid his talent and lost it.  I was also thinking about the verse talking about how you can serve only one master.  Who was that last servant serving?  It wasn't the master, I think he was serving himself.  That servant is said to be cast into the fiery pits, if I'm remembering correctly.  So, what do you believe.  Do you really believe Jesus is Lord?  Is He Lord of your life?  That is what matters, the devils and Satan believe Jesus is Lord, they know He is.  But, they refuse to serve him, they choose to serve themselves rather than the Lord.  So, ask yourself this, "Who am I serving?", and then if you answer "The Lord", ask yourself another question, "How am I serving him?"  Are you the servant who knows his master yet serves himself?

Another thing to think about.  What is my Talent?  Even if you are only given one, (which to me is one important thing to do) how are you using it, or what are you doing with it?  Do you know what that talent even is yet?  If you do, devote yourself to doing that one thing, and the Lord will bless you with many more.  I was thinking about the people in the Bible.  Some are in the Bible for doing one thing, but they did it, and the Lord blessed them with a story about them, so that people can look to them later on in life.  I wanna be in the Bible, I want to do my one thing (or more).  Do yours, and you will be remembered for it.  Don't do it, and only one will remember you didn't do what he sent you here for... and you will be punished.

Well, I've moved down to Cape Fair Missouri.  I already have a training position in an HVAC installing/repairing company.  That starts on monday.  Angela hasn't quite found a job yet, she still has some contacts through her family that she has to check into, but until then, she might take a job at a retail store in the Landings of Branson (Outdoor Mall).  We are getting along fine, and God just keeps opening doors everyday, confirming that the move was the right decision.  The past week or so has been a settling down period, just to kinda get ourselves together in a livable environment.  We're living with Angela's parents for the time being, and that's going fine.  Well, that's all for now.

After 5 months of living on my dairy income, and some free-lance stuff Angela has gotten, if something isn't done, before my lease is up, I will have to come up with money that doesn't exist.  So, a big change in plans.  Angela and I are moving to Branson.  I put my notice in at work, and will finish out the month of June.  So, starting July, I will live in Branson.  The money in to money out living there will be so much better than it is living here.  And we will most likely have two pretty nice incomes, instead of one that just barely got us by, with a little extra here and there.
